Rather than fight the persistent wind by trying to make a perfectly sharp photo of flowers, I decided to intentionally move my camera during mid-exposure to create a beautiful abstract pattern of colors. Another photo from this outing was printed as a transparent 20-foot glass door panel for a bank in Bakersfield.
